Town Board Meeting Minutes
2-8-2022
The Town Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Leverich at 7:00 pm. in the Angelo
Town Hall on February 8, 2022. Chairman Treu was the only board member absent.
The minutes from the January 11, 2021 meeting were reviewed and accepted as posted
on the website.
Supervisor Leverich moved to approve the audit contract. Second by Supervisor Brown,
motion carried.
Ordinance violations:
Ian Cleary and Mrs. Collins were present . Ian provided a written plan to clean up their
property, The board will monitor their progress.
Don Stelter, on Highway 16, has a junk vehicle and an unlicensed vehicle and a huge
pile of tires. Mr. Stelter came to the meeting and stated that his nephew is working on the clean
up.
The results from the Blooming Ministry court case are included with these minutes. B.
Anderson Excavating felt it would cost at least $15,000. to clean up and dispose of the material
on the property.
Brad Williams would like to buy the property from Mr. Moore and clean it up himself.
A 30 day notice was given to the Harmony property on December 22, 2021. Garbage
bags have broken and garbage is flying around,
The Tucker property will wait until the snow is gone.
Frank Lamb accepted the disposal center attendant position. A backup will be needed.
The Disposal Center still has problems. Legal action maybe necessary. Photos will be
necessary for legal action.
Janet Evans offered to work on a sheet explaining rules and expectations that could be
handed out to people. Norb Brown will create a magnetic sign that could be placed on a bin
during the hours the center is open.
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bonus for Jeff. Second by Supervisor Leverich,
motion carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills before the board. Second by Supervisor
Leverich, motion carried.
Moe Amundson explained the process used for the new voting machine.
Supervisor Brown moved to adjourn at 8:30. Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried..
