Town Board Meeting 6-13-2023

The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Leverich at 7:00 pm. in the Angelo Town
Hall on June 13, 2023. All board members were present.

The minutes from the May 9, 2023, meeting was approved as printed on the website.

Supervisor Geier moved to approve the joint broadband grant for townships near Fort McCoy. Second
by Supervisor Brown, motion carried.

The board will have a meeting with town lawyer on Friday beginning at 10 a.m.

Frank had a list of offenders at the disposal center, the clerk will send a letter to them.

Supervisor Brown moved to approve the liquor licenses. Second by Superior Geier, motion carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the operator licenses. Second by Supervisor Geier, motion
carried.

Supervisor Geier moved to approve the park licenses contingent on checking the number of vehicles at
each lot, mowing of the total park and removal of the dead trees. Second by Supervisor Brown, motion
carried.

The town will work with the county and the DNR to have six wells tested for PFAS.

The Ron Warner property has an abandoned trailer and long grass. The clerk is asked to send a letter
to the family with copies of the ordinances.

Ordinance Issues:
Crocker: There are still unlicensed vehicles and trash, Fines should be issued.
Collins: There is a court date of June 21, 2023.
Tucker: The land manager has not been doing is job. They planned to clean up the property
when the weather permits. Supervisor Brown will call Mr. Tucker.
Bollig: Scrap metal has again accumulated.

The Board will consider closing Heather next year.

Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills as presented before the board. Second by Supervisor
Geier, motion carried.

Supervisor Brown moved to have MDS remove the tires and TVs. Second by Supervisor Geier, motion
carried.

Supervisor Brown moved to adjourn at 8:06, second by Supervisor Geier.
