Meeting Minutes 5-13-2025
These Minutes are pending approval at the June 10th, 2025 Town Meeting.
The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Leverich at 7:00 p.m. in the Angelo Town Hall on May 13th, 2025.
Supervisor Brown moved to accept the minutes of the April 15th, 2025 meeting as found on the
website. Second by Supervisor Geier, motion carried. 3-0 Motion Carried.
Ordinance Issues:
Heintz Property: No action taken.
Crocker: An eviction notice was applied in April – awaiting legal action.
Tucker: Situation is better but will continue to be monitored.
Ian Cleary: Vehicles issues are present. Continue to review.
Richards: General trash and junk cars are still an issue. Continue to review.
Mobil Home Park – Everything looks good!
14078 Co Hwy I (LaBarre – owner has renter): LaBarre has cleaned up the site.
Disposal Center: Frank is doing a great job! There will be some leveling and general work done.
Brush is acceptable but stumps are not.
Road Maintenance:
1) Review of Les Penden.
2) Reviewed road work for 2025. See attached. Supervisor Brown made a motion to accept the
attached recommendations. Supervisor Geier seconded the motion. 3-0 Motion Carried.
3) May 29th , 2025, at 7 PM is a meeting at the Town Hall to discuss approval of a resolution
concerning DOT’s closure of the Gillette Avenue connection to Hwy 21. Special thanks to
Supervisor Brown for all his work on road projects!
Supervisor Brown made a motion to approve the purchase of two printers for the clerk/treasurer.
One printer will remain at the town hall and the other will travel. Supervisor Geier seconded. 3-0
Motion Carried.
Supervisor Brown made a motion that the clerk/treasurer can spend up to $300 for needs without
prior board approval at one given time. Supervisor Geier seconded. 3-0 Motion carried.
AT&T is doing some work on their tower equipment. Inquired about any special permitting. There is
none currently. Supervisor Geier made a motion to approve the work following all safety protocols.
Supervisor Brown Seconded. 3-0 Motion Carried the clerk will send a follow up email to AT&T.
Public Comment – Attendees noted that they preferred no lights in the park. It is preferred that porta
potties have some façade added for esthetics.
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills before the board. Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0
Motion Carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to adjourn at 7:50 PM . Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion Carried.
