the county does our road work.
Residents from Goodwater were present to press the board for work on that badly damaged road.
The board will call the county to fill some of the holes until work can begin.

A phone conference between the Town lawyer, Supervisor Brown, the clerk-treasurer and the chairman
is planned to discuss issues of concern to the town.

Wilber Filter (608-487-2916) had explained the problems in his home after the city repaired a manhole
across across from his house. The Town and the City had an agreement which allowed the city to cross
the town road for the sewer system. The city would maintain the section of the road. The city hired
Gerke to do the repairs, but did not inform the Town of Angelo. The chairman spoke to the city.
Insurance from the city or Gerke should cover the cost of the needed repairs to the Filter home. Mr.
Filter was asked to outline what had happened and then work with the clerk to present his case.
Pictures should be included. Mr. Filter doesn’t feel he can do anymore or it would not do any good.
Chairman Leverich will call him, he feels the town should help make things right.

A fiber optic line will go along Hardwood.

People at the Crocker property paid to have the vehicles returned. During the clean up an incredible
amount of needles were found. Drug activity is a real concern and there is hope that it will be
monitored.

Supervisor Geier will discuss the problem along Janus with Luke Schmitz. He may be asked to come
before the board.
