Board Meeting Minutes
3-9-2021
The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Treu at 7:00 p.m. in the Angelo Town Hall on March 9, 2021. All board members were present.
The reading of the minutes was waved with no objections.
Lynn Luckasson of Rural Insurance discussed the Insurance Policy for the Town.
Supervisor Brown moved to accept the policy with an increase for the Building to $400,000. Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to accept the HDS Lawn Service contract for 2021. Superior Leverich seconded, motion carried. There were no changes in the contract from past years.
The road tour will be scheduled.
Supervisor Brown had pictures of the Albert Collins property. We may need to have the lawyer send them a letter.
The compactor at the landfill was down for a few days. Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bonus for Jeff. Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried.
The lawyer sent a letter to the Vian’s regarding the fence in the right of way.
There are 2 or 3 people that are refusing to use the Angelo bags. Additional wording should be added to the 101 ordinance. The chairman will ask the sheriff what we can do about those individuals.
Supervisor moved to pay Janet Evans $200 for her work on the website.
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills presented before the board. Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried.
Supervisor Leverich moved to adjourn at 7:46. Second by Supervisor Brown, motion carried.
