Town Board Meeting Minutes 2-10-2026
Please note these minutes are pending approval at the March 10th, 2026 board meeting.
The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Leverich at 7:03 p.m. in the
Angelo Town Hall on February 10th, 2026.
1. Supervisor Brown moved to approve the January 13th, 2026, minutes. Second
by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion Carried.
2. Ordinance Issues:
Tucker – no further action
Collons/Cleary – the final notice has been sent
Richards – no further action
Mobile Home Park – Supervisor Geier contacted the owner and reviewed the
importance of lot signs (as per fire department.) Owner stated she was having issues
finding a sign maker. Supervisor Geier was going to give her a recommendation.
Crocker – Final Eviction occurred and items are being removed.
10760 Harmony Ave – attorney sent letter but has not had any response
15845 Hwy 16 – attorney sent letter and a response was in the works
15607 Hat – Skirted camper on property permanently, got first letter waiting on
response
Vian County Trunk AA – had a recent fire waiting on insurance settlement for clean up
5. Discussion on disposal center. Town is looking at some additional bids with the
change in ownership of MDS but no action taken. Frank does need some welding done
on the ramp for the compactor.
6. Roads – looking to do road tour in February 2026 applicable persons will be
contacted
7. Clerk & Treasure Update – tax settlements to be completed in February. Reviewed
SFRF Closeout and Mobil Home Taxes and Lottery Credits.
8. Discussion on Town Hall – Bulletin board has been purchased. Options for a drop
box are being researched. The ceiling boards in the clerk’s office need to be repaired.
Supervisor Brown is working on the repair.
9. Public Comment – discussion occurred on the tax payment list for the township. The list will no longer be printed with Catalis and the online tax software. Instructions on how to access the information will be posted on the town’s website.
10. Approval of Bills for Payment – Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills before
the board. Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion Carried.
12. Supervisor Geier moved to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. Second by Supervisor Brown. 3-0
Motion Carried.
