Under old business, Mike Watters appeared wanting the Boards approval of the agreement he had with the County.  The Board had thought the matter as settled and apologized for not confirming the plan.

The Chairman has confirmed with the county the request to post speed limit signs in the village and on Gillette.  This may not be legal, but it is a safety issue.

There are no new road maintenance issues.

Supervisor Brown moved to accept the audit proposal of Engelson and Associates.  Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried.

Jeff is going under treatment so Frank Lamb is filling in when needed.  Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bonus for Jeff.  Splitting the bonus may be considered at a later date.  Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried.

The issue with private property in the Town’s right way is still a problem. State law does give the Town the right to remove such materials.   Supervisor Brown moved to have the lawyer write them a letter. Second by Supervisor Leverich, motion carried. The clerk was asked to forward the file to the lawyer.  Chairman Treu has the letter from the former attorney.
