The Board met with the Town Lawyer on August 24th. The Lawyer filed a suit asking for a
writ to clean up the property on Hat Avenue. The cost of the clean up will go on the tax bill. He
sent letters to Stephen Evans regarding the un-mowed yard. It has been mowed. Letters were

will be evicted. Supervisor Brown moved to give Eileen until the 8th of October to finish the

The county has been able to get caught up and do the work need by the town. Work on
Inspiration and Infield had been completed Hydro seeding is necessary. The damaged guard rail
have been repaired. Ditching has been completed. Harness has water issues. The retention pond
is not effective. We may need to work with the city, county and the DNR to resolve the problem.

We need to make changes to the Disposal Center and how our waste is handled. The disposal
Committee has offered options. The Budget Meeting in November is a meeting of the residents
and a decision can be made at that time. Other Towns have used a sticker system. This system will be discussed and possibly acted on at the November meeting of residents.

The residents need a way to handle brush and yard waste. That issue will be discussed and acted
upon at the November meeting. Enforcement of all decisions is a concern.
